With an exceptional eye for handmade fabrics, he traveled far and wide — discovering rare weaves, supporting marginal artisans, and helping preserve textile traditions passed down through generations. His passion extended beyond textiles; it was about honoring the people and the soul behind the craft.

A decade ago, I joined him in this mission — bringing a fresh perspective while sharing the same deep respect for heritage. Together, we’ve built Vastra India into a brand that bridges age-old techniques with contemporary design, rooted in values of quality, ethics, and sustainability.
